If you are not 100% satisfied with your magazine subscriptions we are happy to send you a refund for all unmailed issues, at any time, for any reason. We are eager to assist you with a new magazine order, gift subscription, renewal, or cancellation.
Print, Digital & Gift Subscriptions
To change your auto-renewal status, please log in to my account. Once logged in, click on Recent Orders to update the Auto Renew Status for your subscription.
The Automatic Auto Renew feature enables you to continue your print or digital subscription uninterrupted. If you turn off Auto Renew, you will continue to receive any remaining issues of your current active subscription. Turning off Auto Renew will prevent future renewals and charges.

Single Copies & Back Issues
Single copies and back issues will not be refunded once the order has been placed. If your copy arrives damaged or you did not receive it, please contact us to request a replacement.
