National Observer Book of Crosswords

In a single word - terrible!!!! The crossword puzzle book is fantastic. The administrative side of the business is a disaster. Some of the reasons include 1) late shipments, 2) receiving notices that my subscription is expiring when I have previously renewed my subscription, 3) long lag times between my queries and responses from your business.

Two questions: 1) when will the next issue be mailed? 2) provide the expiration date of my current subscription.
