  • Cons: too much advertising

The last 5 issues of Drag Racer are full page advertising every other page. I have bought two issues every time since the first issue but now I will buy only one issue after I check to make sure it is worth it.

  • Pros: There are many in depth, how to articles that are educational for Sportsman and Pro's. There are quizes every issue where you can win prizes for answering correctly. Articles by the legends of the port also grace the pages.
  • Cons: Only six issues a year.

Drag Racer is a great purchase. You can learn something you either did not know much about or learn something more in depth. The coverage of nostalgia racing, sportsman racing, and some pro articles are covered. This is also a great source to learn about new and/or improved products, get involved and rewarded to correct answers for a quiz, and articles by legendary figures in the sport. When you buy a copy or a subscription, chances are you will not be sorry.
