  • Pros: columnists are very knowledgeable
  • Cons: a lot of ads

SmartMoney magazine and website is owned by Wall Street Journal. The columnists are very knowledgeable, particularly James Stewart. I have been following him for the past 5 years. He gives excellent investment ideas and approaches for long-term buying and hold investors. The only downside is that there are too many ads in each issue. I would say close to 50% of the pages are ads.
